Polypropylene Strap by Samuel Packaging Systems©
Strapping a hay bale is a cost effective way to ship feeding forage, and Polypropylene strapping is the most economical of all strapping material due to its light weight and versatility. It is available in a wide variety of sizes and gauges and offers the greatest elongation of any strapping type, along with good initial recovery characteristics.
Optional printed-on branding is a great marketing tool that maximizes product marketing.

Bale Sleeves
A hay sleeve is an affordable packaging option, designed to maximize ocean freight and storage. Sleeves are available in an array of sizes and weights. Using a special woven material blend, these bale sleeves are more than capable of containing your high-density, compressed forage bales.

Automatic Wrapper System
The system allows blocks of output logs or cuts to be automatically loaded onto a floor-driven conveyor, advancing bale bundles to the wrapping table where it will be stretch wrapped by a Wulftec International wrapping machine.
- Can work with bundles 2 or 3 logs wide
- Can be designed with a variety of output configurations
- Up to 25 MT/hr
- Various Wulftec wrapping machines to choose from
- Replacement stretch-wrap film available
