The FC8322 is one of Hunterwood’s premium export forage compactors that consumes three-tie bales. With the addition of our Big Bale Slicing System, 3’x4′ or 4’x4′ big bales can also be fed into this efficient machine. This press consistently produces export-ready bales year over year with help from the Big Bale Slicing System to the Fully Automatic Product Handling system.
The FC8322 is a versatile forage compactor providing processors with the ability to input a variety of field bales. With the ability to produce a double-compressed 30 kg half-cut or 59 kg whole bale (65 lb to 130 lb), the FC8322 is a noteworthy system for export hay processors. The FC8322 creates an export quality compressed bale meeting market needs and expectations.
The FC8322 produces an output bale weighing 59 kg (130 lb) with a size of 23″ long x 22.5″ wide x 16.5″ high (58 cm x 57 cm x 42 cm). With the addition of a Cutterbox, this output bale can be half-cut to produce two 30 kg (65 lb) bales in order to diversify the product offering. The FC8322 has production output rates up to 13 MT/hr.
