The FC8222 is a standard export forage compactor for processing two-tie bales. Added input types can vary with the addition of our Big Bale Slicing System that feeds 3’x4' or 4’x4′ big bales into the machine.
The FC8222 is an efficient forage compactor, providing processors with the ability to maximize shipping container weights. Producing a double-compressed 25 kg half-cut or 50 kg whole bale (55 lb to 110 lb), this press is a noteworthy system for hay processors where two-tie bales are readily available. The FC8222 creates an export quality compressed bale meeting market needs and expectations.
The FC8222 produces a compressed output bale weighing 50 kg (110 lb) with size 17.5″ long x 22″ wide x 15.5″ high (44 cm x 56 cm x 39 cm). With the addition of a Cutterbox, this output bale can be half-cut to produce two 25 kg (55 lb) bales in order to diversify the product offering. The FC8222 has production output rates up to 12 MT/hr.
