The FC6700 is a standard press designed to compress baled hay and loose hay into high-density bales. With the ability to obtain up to 60% higher density than large square field bales, storage and transport are more effectively optimized.
The compact construction of the FC6700 will fit easily into a production facility and is designed to stand alone or compliment an existing press. This forage compactor will appeal to those processors wishing to transport their product domestically or overseas, and those who need consistent, reliable, and simple forage compaction. This machine is focused around high container weights and a lower cost of entry.
The FC6700 accepts 3’x4’x8′ or 4’x4’x8′ bales, to produce a 45″ wide x 43″ long x 26″ high (114 cm x 109 cm x 66 cm) bale that weighs 330 kg, or 727 lbs. The FC6700 has production output rates up to 17 MT/hr and will be able to fill a high-cube container to 26.4 MT.
