The FC10000 is the latest generation of Hunterwood’s premium export forage compactors. This press represents the ultimate in processing automation and versatility. From our three-tie Destacker to the Big Bale Slicing System, and from half-cut production to MAG Jumbo bales, the FC10000 press allows processors to customize their input & output products to adjust to market demands.
The FC10000’s high-efficiency manifold, along with significant hydraulic advancements and enhanced diagnostics, makes it the fastest and most efficient press of its kind.
The FC10000 is designed to accept sliced big square bales (3’x4’x8′ or 4’x4’x8′) or standard three-tie bales. This fully automated forage press has production output rates of 22 MT/hr in Alfalfa.
At output, the FC10000 can produce multiple compressed bale formats:
- One 120kg (265 lb) ‘log’ (per cycle) (22.5″ x 16.5″ x 46″)
- Two 60kg (132 lb) ‘whole bales’ (per cycle with standard Cutterbox and one blade) (22.5″ x 16.5″ x 23″)
- Four 30kg (66 lb) ‘half-cuts’ (per cycle with a standard Cutterbox and three blades) (22.5″ x 16.5″ x 11.5″)
- 450kg (992 lb) MAG ‘Jumbo’ bale (44″ x 33″ x 46″)
